About This Listing

The Rosedale Apartment is a scaled down version of Rosedale House.

This lovely apartment consists of one bedroom with a king bed and large bathroom, as well as the spacious kitchen/living area, within Rosedale House. Up to four guests can be accommodated in the apartment bedroom, using the king bed and two single bed trundles. A second king bedroom is available for apartment bookings, at an additional cost of $90, allowing 6 guests to be accommodated.

The remaining bedrooms in the house would be locked off.

Enjoy the country ambience with a well-appointed open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area featuring spacious high ceilings, large picture windows, cosy wood fire heater, private verandah, BBQ and laundry.

Please note: we have a 2 - 3 night minimum stay requirement for booking on weekends during winter, school holidays and public holidays.

A Pet Friendly property with plenty of room to park the car, boat or horse float – and a paddock for the horse! Relax and unwind in this beautiful home away from home.

A cosy wood fire in winter is perfect for relaxing after a day of high country adventure. In summer, enjoy air conditioned comfort. The wide verandah provides a great place to enjoy the country views.

The owners live onsite in private apartment which is situated at the end of the main house. It's very private with a separate entrance and verandah area. We are very conscious of keeping a low profile so as not to interrupt guests' enjoyment of the property.
